4 X 4 Challenge Champagne Park, Kipeto

The 4 X 4 Challenge has drawn a lot of interest from the petrol heads, adventure and outdoor lovers in Kenya. Over time, the event has been held in different locations from Kipeto to Lukenya where the roads / tracks are un-surfaced, with mud, gravel, rocks or even riverbeds or water filled pools. This time round it was hosted in Champagne park, Kipeto area and for sure a lot of Kenyan motoring enthusiasts came for the event.

The event usually is held over a weekend with activities from qualifiers to the finals per category. All vehicles are scrutinized and given pass to take part. Despite all that, some get to stall, get stuck but through it all each finds its own strength. Different passions are seen through the teams and their vehicles

From Friday through to Sunday in the evening, there is camping, food and drinks available on purchase through out. A relaxed time out to smell outdoors and see nature, see the new upgrades of 4 X 4, meet friends and rally lovers and have a great time with family as well, a getaway plan. Did i mention the nyama choma / fry is a deli always available? You don’t want to miss it next time

Praise Festival with Travis Greene in Kenya 2018

The Grammy awards and Stellar awards nominee Travis Greene, was in Nairobi for the Praise fest late 2018. The international singer performed his famed songs “Intentional”, “Made a way”, “Still here” and “You waited”. The performance was so moving that he also sang “Reckless love” a song by Cory Asbury. In song, the love of God goes beyond a performance. The emotions ran freely and the audience got to worship which was the main aim of the festival. At the end of the show, the audience were still demanding for him to do more songs of which he performed “Nara” a song he had featured by Tim Godfrey.

MachoniMwangu Photography was there documenting the event in pictures. See some below:

The much celebrated South African group of singers, Joyous Celebration choir was in Kenya. The choir had a major performance at the CITAM Church, Karen. Led by Lindelani Mkhize, the choir did some of their greatest songs from Tshala, Hi Hanya Mahala et al. The music was indeed soulful and led many to a powerful time of worship and dance
